Along with being the librarian at my school....I am also our technology director. Over the past few months we have launched our iPad initiative. We currently have 10 iPads for our preschool and Kindergarten friends. We just ordered 8 more and I couldn't be more excited to put them in our students hands.
Today with 5th grade I used Croak It and I-gnima both free apps. They are writing a 5 sentence book review of a book they read this year. They will then record what they wrote with the app Croak It. We will send to my email account and then create QR codes. I can't wait to put them in the library books and have the students listen to reviews from our peers.
What apps do you use in the library?!
